The Village Wine

It's called The Village Wine, the new project by Donato Lanati created with the aim of enhancing the wine heritage of Gran Monferrato and Alto Piemonte. But not only wine, also cultural, historical, and, above all, in its uniqueness. 'The wine thus becomes the destination of a journey, an adventure in which every step is of sustainable quality and that cares for every detail – says Lanati – so much so that it can be taken abroad.' A wine for each municipality of great quality, guaranteed by tastings and analyses carried out by the Enosis studio and by Paolo Massobrio and Donato Lanati. Among the criteria for this first selection, the wineries that offer an enotourism experience were chosen. "This is a territory in ferment, with a beating heart eager to take a step further," continued Lanati, recalling recognitions/events such as Casale capital of wine, Alto Piemonte and Gran Monferrato European Wine Capital 2024, Golosaria, 100 years of Martinotti.
