Aqua Gratiae - a sophisticated Grappa selection obtained by the distillation of selected marcs of grape varieties like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Barbera, Freisa and Grignolino.

Grappa made from white wine varieties as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is obtained by distilling the virgin (non-fermented) marc, which is left over after the grape pressing and has not yet come into contact with the must. Due to this, the marc remains particularly sweet and rich, resulting in a soft and fragrant Grappa. A rather traditional grappa is produced by distilling fermented marcs of red-skinned grape varieties like Freisa and Grignolino, which preserve aroma and structure of the actual grape varieties. Barbera marc is used to create a particularly fine grappa, which ages for about a year in French oak barrels.
